Why renting?

If you want furniture for an unfurnished apartment renting is a quick, cheap and simple solution but RE-PLACE can also provide a supplement to an existing interior.

What’s your minimum/ maximum rental period?

There is no minimum rental period only a minimum rental charge of 1 month. In case you rent our short term package the period can be extended per full week until your own shipped furniture will arrive. The long term rental period can be as long as you wish.

Do you have other styles then shown on the website?

There are many styles which are not shown at our site, just give as a call and tell us your needs so we can mix and match our style items until you will feel at home..

Is the furniture available to buy?

Off course, from the beginning, during your rental period or even after your rental period we can offer you a good price to make it yours.

When do you need a parking permit and/or hoist?

That depends on the City and address. In case one is needed RE-PLACE will take care of the application. The actual costs ( depending per city and duration) will be billed afterwards and are not included in the monthly price.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, RE-PLACE will hold a security deposit against damage or loss incurred during the hire period.

How and when do i pay?

Payments must be made by way of bank transfer at least 10 days before delivery date.

Are rental items insured by RE-PLACE?

No, the items are not insured. You are responsible for insuring the goods as long as the rental period.

Who takes care of the insurance?

An extra 4% on the total rental amount (excl. VAT) will be charged. Please be aware that damage caused by pets will be charged seperataly.

What are your delivery and pickup costs?

0-50 KM from our warehouses in Laren € 200,00 (incl. handling costs) 50-150 KM from our warehouses in Laren € 250,00 (incl. handling costs) 150- KM from our warehouses in Laren € 300,00 (incl. handling costs) NOTE; FURNITURE WILL BE PICKED UP IN ONCE!

How fast can you deliver?

Our turnaround time is 5 days, but if required and on stock we can deliver even faster. In case a parking permit is needed an application period of at least 5 working days.

Who is installing the furniture after delivery?

RE-PLACE is taking care of unpacking and installing, we even make the beds..

How to extend my contract as necessary?

Please contact us ca. one month before your contract will expire, we will extend your contract upon your request.

How to terminate my contract before the agreed minimum rental period?

If you terminate your contract prior to the agreed minimum rental period being completed, you still have to pay the balance of the rental period for that time.
